Who is Jillian

Jillian is a highly experienced and qualified health and fitness professional with over 20 years of industry experience. She holds multiple certifications in Exercise and Health Studies, Personal Training, Yoga, and breathing techniques. In addition, Jillian has a first-class honours degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and is a certified Women’s Hormonal Health Practitioner. Her expertise lies in working with individuals and groups to help them achieve optimal health through movement, nutrition, exercise, and behavioural protocols for healthy stress management. Jillian follows a science-based approach and is passionate about empowering others to improve their health and well-being. She firmly believes that having a healthy, well-moving body at any age is achievable, and there is always time to prioritise health.
